Phase 2

Based on the client briefing, we compile a targeted list of the best candidates for you from our current database and our network.

Candidate interviews: We speak with the candidates

Phase 3

We conduct intensive interviews to check the fit and analyse each profile carefully – both professionally and personally.

Candidate selection: We present the profiles to you

Phase 4

Only suitable profiles with genuine potential make it into the selection. We only put forth candidates that we are convinced of and that we can recommend in good conscience.

Candidate interviews: The client speaks with candidates

Phase 5

You speak with the candidates presented. You make the decision. If desired, we can take part in the discussions, moderating or advising in the background.

Candidate assignment: we assist you throughout the project

Phase 6

During the project, we provide you with ongoing advice, resolving organisational and administrative issues, in addition to assisting the candidate.

End of assignment: we conduct a final discussion

Phase 7

Upon the end of the project, we conduct a final interview with you and the candidate. Together we reflect on the success and lessons learned for future assignments.
