Yes, many of our freelance IT specialists are available on short notice. The candidates in our database are generally freelancers or independent consultants. If the right candidate is available, you can deploy them very quickly. It depends on the scope and duration of the interview and decision-making process, but in many of our engagements, clients were able to benefit from our candidate's assignment to the project within two to three weeks.

Our focus is on freelancers who are available quickly and can be deployed flexibly. In the past, we have also successfully placed people in permanent positions. 

One of our core values is the concept of exclusively putting forth profiles that are a perfect match. If we cannot match the profile, we will end the search, because we never compromise on quality. We describe here how we arrive at a precise fit in profiles. 

The most important element in our placement process is the candidate, i.e. the client's future employee. That is why we conduct intensive and detailed video interviews where we focus on the candidate's personality and values, in addition to the professional aspects.

Overall, we check our candidates to see whether they meet the client's requirements from the initial briefing. 

As is customary in the industry, we add a fair margin to the candidate's hourly or daily rate for our professional services. This results in the price for the client.

We reject transactions involving multiple mark-ups. Whenever we work with a partner, there is not two mark-ups, but only one which we share as partners. 

According to our placement process, this cannot happen. After briefing discussions with our client, we understand exactly what they need and are looking for. In addition, we only produce profiles that we are completely convinced will fit. If this is not the case, we gracefully decline to make a presentation.
