A Project Assistant creates schedules, documents and presentations, coordinates meetings and records minutes. They maintain project schedules, author status reports, thus creating transparency for all those involved.  

For the role of a Project Assistant, strong organizational skills, solid knowledge of MS Office and the ability to set priorities are just as important as strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a basic understanding of project routines.
